Regularization of Outsourcing employees working in AP!

• A meeting was conducted by "AP Outsourcing Employees" in the Non-Gazetted Organization (NGO) Home in Vizianagaram District.
• The NGO State & JAC President Mr Ashok Babu has demanded the AP Government for regularization of Outsourcing Employees working in the Andhra Pradesh Government Departments.
• The President of NGO has spoken in the meeting stating that a Committee has constituted by a group of Ministers for permanent more than 20,000 outsourcing and contract employees working in various departments in AP.
• But the committee had not given any report to the AP Government.

• Further, stated that as per the Supreme Court order the AP Government have to pay salary to the outsourcing employees as equal to regular personnel working in the same category.

Maternity Leave: 

A regular employee of a  Government can available (180) days of Maternity Leave with full salary payment.

In case of Outsourcing women employees can get nothing, only (15) days of leave they can available per year.

The Vice President of NGO has spoken in the meeting, AP Government has already promised for permenant of Outsourcing and Contract staff in the election manifesto.
