Recruitment of 852 Outsourcing posts in Municipality Corporation in AP

Recruitment notification issued for filling up of (852) Outsourcing employees in Municipalities and Corporations in AP

1. Presently, there are many posts vacant in Municipality and Corporation department. 
2. The lack of the regular staff, daily duties have not been performed well.
3. So this causes the problem to the public and needy people.
4. In this circumstances, the Government fills (852) posts with Outsourcing employees by conducting an examination.
5. This examination conducts by AP Human Resource Development Institute (APHRDI), Bapatla.
6. The examination marks are set to be 100.
7. Minimum qualifying marks for OBC, OC candidates are 45% and 40% for SC.ST candidates.
8. These employees work till the regular employees filled out.
9. The qualified candidates can be given postings on outsourcing basis through e-procurement system by sponsoring the approved agency.
10. The mega Corporations of Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada has exempted from the recruitment of outsourcing.

Bill Collector - 165
Health Assistant - 76
Junior Accountant - 93
Senior Stenographer - 110
System Manager - 110
System Assistant - 110

Salary:

The salary for all the posts Rs. 15000 to Rs.17000 and System Assistant Rs. 12000

Age: 

Age should not exceed 40 years for OC and OBC categories.

SC, ST categories age should not exceed 45 years.

Education Qualification & Experience:

Junior Assistant/Bill Collector/System Assistant: 

• Graduate from any recognized university with 60% marks. 
• Candidate should have knowledge on MS-Office and certificate from Technical Institute recognized by Government of AP.

System Manager:

• Graduate from a recognized university 
• Knowledge on MS-office and certificate from Techincal Institue recognized by Government of AP
• A certificate course on System Design, Database Management.

Health Assistant:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• A pass certificate in Multipurpose Health Assistant Training Course/Sanitary Inspector Training Course from Government of AP recognized Institution.

Junior Accountant:

• A Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized University with 60% marks.
• Computer knowledge in MS-office

Senior Stenographer:

• Bachelors Degree with 60%  marks.
• Candidate must have passed Shorthand, Typewriting by higher grade.
• Computer Knowledge on MS-Office.
